Shipping Methods
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from our fulfillment centers. Delivery times vary by location:
- UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
- International Delivery: 5-10 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Returns & Refunds Policy
14-Day Returns
We want you to love your Clara Luce jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- All moissanite products must be returned with GRA report and card
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Refunds
